These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of northernvera.com (the "Site"), operated by Northernvera ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, including submitting your email to request an invite, you agree to these terms.

1. Pre-launch status

Northernvera is currently in a pre-launch phase. No products are being sold or shipped through this Site at this time. Requesting an invite does not create a contract to purchase, and does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or launch timing.

2. Not medical advice

Content on this Site, including statements about ingredients, research, or altitude acclimatization, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including altitude sickness. Always consult a qualified physician before high-altitude travel, before starting any supplement, and particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking other medications.

3. No guarantee of results

Any research or studies referenced on this Site relate to specific ingredients studied under specific conditions. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee that any product will produce any particular outcome for any individual.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Northernvera name and marks — is the property of Northernvera or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use this Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
You may not attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
You may not submit false or fraudulent information through any form on this Site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northernvera and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on its content. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the business develops, particularly ahead of an official product launch. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to this Site or Northernvera's products, are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Electronic communications

By submitting your email address through this Site, you consent to receive electronic messages from Northernvera about our launch, products, and updates, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every commercial electronic message we send will identify Northernvera as the sender, include our contact information, and provide a working unsubscribe mechanism. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly — requests are honoured within 10 business days.
